The Orchard Core Conference
Save the date. We are putting the 2026 programme together, and the call for talks is open. If you build with Orchard Core, we would love to hear from you.
Two days of talks and time with the people who build on Orchard Core, with a chance to meet the maintainers and the wider community. Early-bird tickets are open now.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Vancouver. Every talk was recorded, and the videos are on the way.
Why come to Orchard Harvest.
Orchard Harvest is the annual conference for the Orchard Core community: two days of technical talks, product updates, and time with the people who build it. Here is what is in it for you, and for your team.
Meet the maintainers
Ask the people who build Orchard Core in person. Questions that sit in your backlog for months tend to get answered over lunch.
Learn from real builds
Practical talks from teams running Orchard Core in production, not vendor sessions. Take the ideas straight back to your own projects.
See what comes after 3.0
Hear where the project is heading, straight from the people who build it, so you can plan with a clear picture.
Small on purpose
Around 30 to 40 people. That means you actually talk to the maintainers and other builders, not wave from row twenty.
Every talk recorded
Catch anything you miss, and share the talks with the rest of your team when you get back.
Hands-on and current
Talks span the year's themes: from CMS to content platform, AI and automation, performance and reliability, and what comes next.
Want to be part of it?
The call for talks is open, and we would love to hear what you have built or learned.

Speak at Orchard Harvest.
This year's speakers are announced nearer the event. The call for talks is open now, so if you build with Orchard Core, we would love to hear from you.
A focused audience
Around 30 to 40 people who build with Orchard Core. Real questions and real conversations, not a packed hall.
Talk about what you built
We want practical talks and honest lessons, not product pitches. Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes.
First-time speakers welcome
New to speaking? We help you shape your talk, and every session is recorded, so your work reaches well beyond the room.
Got a talk in you?
Tell us what you would like to talk about. We read every submission and reply to everyone.
Who is speaking.
A first set of speakers is confirmed, with more to come. Talk titles are announced closer to the event.

Common questions.
Short answers to what people ask most. Can't find yours? Email contact@orchardcore.net.
Who is Orchard Harvest for?
Anyone who builds with Orchard Core, or is thinking about it. That includes developers, technical leads, and the teams around them, from first-timers to long-time contributors.
Do I have to give a talk to come?
No. Most people come to listen and meet others. Talks are welcome but never required.
When and where is it?
On 10 and 11 September 2026 at Hotel Vancouver, in Vancouver, Canada. See the venue for travel and where to stay.
What does a ticket include?
One ticket covers both days: every talk, lunch and breaks, and the evening social. Early-bird tickets are $280.
How big is Orchard Harvest?
It is deliberately small, usually around 30 to 40 people. That is the point: you get real time with the maintainers and other people who build on Orchard Core, not a seat in a crowd.
Can my employer pay, and do you provide a receipt?
Yes. Most tickets are paid for by an employer. You get a receipt at checkout, and we can provide an invoice if your finance team needs one. If you need to make the case, the "For your team" tab above has a short email you can send.
Will the talks be recorded?
Yes. Every talk is recorded and published after the event, so you can catch up on anything you miss and share it with the rest of your team.
Can I get a refund or pass my ticket on?
If you cannot make it, you can pass your ticket to a colleague. Refunds are available up to the date shown at checkout, where the full terms are listed.
How can I ask something else?
Email contact@orchardcore.net, or ask on the GitHub discussion board where the community can help.
